Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Customer must have a return authorization

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase is required


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used haircare products

  • Personal care items once unsealed

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Customer must request a return authorization

  • You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Processing times vary depending on your financial institution


Refused Deliveries / Change of Mind

If an order is refused at delivery, unclaimed, or returned due to a change of mind, it will be treated as a customer-initiated return.

In such cases, SNOBGIRLS reserves the right to deduct:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs charged by the carrier

  • Any additional carrier handling or refusal fees


Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to:

  • Refused deliveries

  • Returns due to change of mind

  • Orders returned in non-resalable condition

This fee reflects handling, processing, and inventory costs and is disclosed as part of our terms prior to purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.


Exchanges
